All bidders follow the same rules in every auction. Entry is equal for everyone, bids are fixed, and auctions are designed to finish within a reasonable timeframe, not last for days.

We also offer a unique ranking system that rewards activity and unlocks access to larger auctions as you progress.

Each subscription plan runs on a monthly basis and includes a set number of bids, a perauction bid cap, and a defined level of entry flexibility.

Bids are used to enroll in an auction and to place bids during live bidding. They allow you to join an auction and actively compete once it starts.

Each auction requires a specific number of bids to enroll, and every bid placed deducts 1 from your balance. You can subscribe to a plan to obtain bids, or purchase a one-time monthly Bid Boost, available only to active subscribers.

No. Every auction has a strict bid limit, so no one can keep bidding endlessly to outbid everyone else.

All participants follow the same rules and have the same bid-cap per auction. Winning comes down to timing and strategy — not who spends the most.

Stars are used to rank up.

As you participate and stay active, you earn stars that count toward your next rank. Once you reach the required amount, you move up.

You don’t need to buy stars, they’re earned through activity.

To upgrade your plan, go to your Personal Cabinet, open the Subscriptions section, and select the plan you want to upgrade to. Your new plan will follow your subscription cycle. You can upgrade to:

Power

• Price: $89
• Includes: 685 bids

Once you upgrade, your new plan takes effect immediately. Your subscription date and time will reset at the moment of upgrade, and any remaining bids will be added to your upgraded plan.

Ranks represent your progress on WinDash. All users start at Soldier and move up by earning stars through active participation.

To advance to the next rank, you must reach the required star milestone:

Soldier – Starting rank
Sergeant –1,200 stars required
Captain – 3,500 stars required
Major – 8,000 stars required
Colonel – 18,000 stars required
General – 30,000 stars required

These star totals are the required thresholds to unlock each rank. As your rank increases, you gain access to higher-value auctions, future enrollment discounts, and additional benefits that grow with your progression.

The more stars you earn, the more opportunities and rewards become available to you.
